Piew~~ What a day it was..
Finally get to do my role play for EFC today.
Mdm Siti wasn't here today, so my test gonna postpone AGAIN! >.<>.<
Once again, my result always the same as primary n secondary sch... 5station always will have one failed..
Standing Broad Jump --- 195 (A)
Sit and Reach --- 50 (A)
Shuttle Run --- 10.05 (A)
Sit up --- 34 (A)
Inclined Pull-up --- 2 (U)
I was shock that i can do atleast 2 time u know...!
From primary to secondary always ZERO!
But haiz, still fail.. Need at least 5times.
Lastly is that kuku 2.4m run...
Out of a sudden want me run 2.4 without training.. WTH~
Took off my sock.. Coz damn irritating and uncomfortable as it too loose.
BUT! That weather is damn hot and the ground is damn hot!
Can felt that if i crack an egg on my foot, i can cooked it okay...
Dunno the timing.. Eek suck.
But only know the position...
Out of 3 or 4 classes, me in the 40th place. (guys & girls tgt.)
Suckie position! I dun like~! YUCKs..
SO What Is My TIMING?????!!!
