Thank you for participating in the Direct Polytechnic Admission (DPA) exercise. We have received many DPA applications this year, and are heartened to read about your talents and interest in an applied education at the polytechnics.
In order to pick the most deserving DPA applicants, we have been strict in our selection criteria. We looked through all the DPA applications, considered the various portfolios and write-ups submitted by applicants, and interviewed selected applicants to further assess their talents and interests in the polytechnic courses they applied to. For certain polytechnic courses, we also requested applicants to sit for our aptitude tests.
We have given serious consideration to your DPA application. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that you have not been selected for placement in one of the polytechnics under the DPA exercise.
Nevertheless, we encourage you to continue pursuing your interest in an applied education at the polytechnics. We have always enjoyed teaching students like yourself who aspire to realise your potential through our polytechnic education. You can apply to our polytechnic courses via the Joint Admission Exercise (JAE) and Joint Polytechnic Special Admission Exercise (JPSAE) conducted after the release of the GCE ‘O’ Level results. Chatted wif kelly, we both scored C5 for O'lvl MT. Then we were there guessing zijie n fukuan will score how much. I guessed that Zijie will score B3, fukuan D7(sorry!). Then kelly guessed zijie will score A2, fukuan C6.
Javin came 1st. Saw him i'm happie enough.
At least my moody day gone abit.
After that, Zijie reached.
So we asked him for his result. Dala~ he scored B3.
Then lastly before i go off, fukuan came.
Same thing, asked him for his result. He scored C6...
